Hybrid tea rose ‘Peace’ (The Peace Rose) produces exquisite pink-tinged yellow flowers with a sweet scent, flowering in flushes through summer and early autumn. The flowers are ideal for cutting, lasting a long time in a vase.
The Peace Rose is one of the most famous roses in the world, bred in France in 1935, with cuttings sent to rose growers in several countries to ensure that it would not be lost during the war, and introduced commercially in USA on VE day in 1945. This iconic rose holds the RHS Recommended: Award of Garden Merit.
